Ninja Notes records locally on your device. There is no bot joining your call, no third-party processing your audio mid-meeting. The recording happens at the OS level, and once the call ends the transcript is processed and delivered to your dashboard.
Voice samples (optional) help the system personalize the transcription model to your voice, improving accuracy. During onboarding, follow the on-screen instructions to record a short sample in a quiet environment.
Accuracy depends on audio quality and speaker clarity, but our engine consistently achieves over 95% word-level accuracy for English in normal meeting conditions. Voice sample calibration and noise cancellation further improve results.
