No. There's no fee to join the program.
When will I see pricing and margins?
Once you're approved. Your partner manager walks you through the tiers, margins and partner agreement under NDA before you sign anything.
Who owns the customer relationship?
You do. You sell, invoice and manage the account, and the partner agreement states that we won't sell direct into an account you bring us.
Will my client's IT team sign off?
Ninja is SOC 2 Type II certified. Send their security team to our Security Trust Center for the audit details.
Does my team need to be technical?
No. Certification covers what your reps need to sell and support Notes and Sona. For custom work and deeper technical issues, our engineers are behind you.
What happens after I apply?
